Before the Wedding (Starts 4-6 Weeks Out):
• One comprehensive planning meeting
• Review of your vendor list, contracts, and wedding day vision
• Creation and distribution of the final wedding timeline
• Contact all vendors to confirm final details
• Rehearsal coordination (up to 1 hour, typically day before)

Wedding Day Management:
• Up to 10 hours of on-site coverage
• Supervise vendor setup and décor installation
• Cue all ceremony and reception events (entrance, dances, toasts, etc.)
• Assist wedding party and direct guests
• Handle emergencies and timeline adjustments
• Ensure all personal items, gifts, and keepsakes are packed up post-event
