30 Days Before the Event:
• 1–2 in-depth meetings to review all plans
• Vendor contact and confirmation of all final details
• Creation of a detailed timeline and layout
• Final walk-through at the venue (if needed)

Vendor & Guest Communication:
• Finalize vendor logistics, deliveries, and setup times
• Distribute timeline to vendors and key participants
• Assist with layout and seating chart adjustments
• Provide support for any last-minute needs

Day-Of Event Management:
• Up to 10 hours of on-site coordination
• Supervision of event setup and décor
• Timeline execution and transitions (entertainment, activities, etc.)
• Vendor support, guest assistance, and cleanup coordination
