We provide wedding planning, day-of coordination, event design, décor rentals, floral arrangements, stationery, signage, and custom event details. We also coordinate quinceañeras, birthdays, and corporate events.
No. While weddings are our specialty, we also design and coordinate quinceañeras, milestone birthdays, showers, and corporate events. Every celebration deserves to feel magical.

Yes. Our décor and rentals (linens, chargers, goblets, centerpieces, signage, and more) can be booked separately or bundled with planning/coordination packages.
Absolutely! We design save the dates, invitations, seating charts, menus, acrylic signs, and thank-you cards to match your event theme.
For weddings, we recommend 12–18 months in advance. For smaller events, at least 3–6 months is ideal to secure your date and ensure availability.
Yes. We have a trusted network of photographers, DJs, florists, and caterers, but we are also happy to work with vendors you’ve already chosen.
We are based in Central Florida and serve Orlando, Clermont, Groveland, and surrounding areas. We also travel for select events.
Yes. Wondertale Designs is a fully licensed and insured company. If your venue requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI), we can provide one.

Yes! We understand that events are a big investment, so we offer customized payment plans to make budgeting easier. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, and the remaining balance can be split into manageable installments leading up to your event.
